Connecting is Healing, Let's Talk

Whatever you’re experiencing right now, you don’t have to face it alone. I read about a woman who healed her illness solely through conversation with a stranger at a train station. She expressed her feelings to someone she might never see again, and that brought her relief.

Freedom occurs when you totally accept yourself.

Dr. Gabor Maté, my favorite physician, mentioned in one of the many podcasts he has appeared on that if you can't attend psychotherapy, it can sometimes be enough to talk to a friend or someone else. Occasionally, simply beginning to heal by expressing your feelings, without embellishing your story, can be therapeutic. It works like alchemy; something begins to change in you that can bring immense joy.

Your Special Friend

Sharing alone is not enough; there must be an engaged counterpart, a listener. As humans, we need someone who is present for us; furthermore, we need to feel heard and understood. From my own experience, I can attest that this is true.

So here I am, creating my portal where I present myself as a "special friend." You can share anything you wish—tell your story—because I genuinely believe with all my heart that connecting is healing. That’s why I named my portal this way. Let me be that friend who will guide you in your exploration of your universe. Asking for help is an act of bravery.

Connecting is Healing

Sometimes, bravery is not a search for light but the courage to face the darkness. Expanding one's consciousness is possible only when shadows are met because we are already the light.

Talk About Life

It's nice to be heard by someone unbiased, right?

The universe is a mirror; are you happy with what you see? If not, there is always a way to change it.

In America, apps enable people to share their stories anonymously. These apps cater to various needs for anonymity, such as sharing deep secrets, seeking advice, or simply recounting personal experiences without fear of judgment or backlash from revealing their real-world identities. Let's connect and explore your passions, concerns, pains, and needs right now.
